INGREDIENTS
8 ounces Pasta, any of these can be used: Rotini, Spaghetti, Angel Hair, Ziti
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1-1/4 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
Salt and Pepper, for seasoning Chicken
1-14.5- ounce can Petite Diced Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
4 ounces Mozzarella Cheese shredded or thinly sliced
1/4 to 1/3 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
