1 cup chicken broth

1/2 (10 ounce) package whole wheat couscous

1/2 cup chopped green onions
•
1/2 cup diced seeded tomato
•
3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
•
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons olive oil
•
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
•
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/8 teaspoon pepper
•
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes (I served this along side my Mediterranean Chicken dish, so I didn’t put the cherry tomatoes in)
