"Courtney's original recipe yielded 4 1/2 cups of frosting, so I cut it down to make around 1 cup. I also adjusted the amount of milk used to make it a bit thinner. I cut the glaze down quite a bit as well and doubled the amount of butter to make it easier to drizzle over the donuts...."

INGREDIENTS
1 recipe chocolate donuts (minus the glaze)
1/4 cup toffee pieces
Frosting:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
1 tablespoon caramel sauce
pinch kosher salt
Chocolate Sundae Topping
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
