4 large separated eggs
•
2/3 (and 1 extra tablespoon) cup sugar
•
2 tablespoon rum (dark)
•
1 tablespoon water
•
Pinch of salt
•
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients for The Marshmallow Meringue:
•
6 egg whites
•
6 tablespoons confectioners sugar
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
