Ingredients
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 C. corn flakes, mashed
How To Make toasted carrots

Step 1Scrape and wash carrots. Cut carrots lengthwise. Boil them until tender (15-30 minutes) in water containing 1 tsp. sugar. Just before the cooking is completed, salt the water. Drain. Roll in butter, then in corn flakes and brown in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes..
