INGREDIENTS

2 cups of peaches, peeled and sliced

1 cup oat flour, coarse ground **
•
2 scoops or 2 packets of Perfect Fit Protein
•
1/4 cup coconut sugar
•
3/4 cup almond milk
•
2 tsp of lemon juice
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 Tbs of earth balance or butter substitute
•
1/2 teaspoons of salt
•
2 teaspoons baking powder
•
Cinnamon for garnish

*Oat flour is simple to make! Just take regular rolled oats and blend in your blender until it looks like flour.
