•
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
•
1 container mascarpone (8-ounce)
•
1 cup heavy cream
•
2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
•
1/2 tbsp dark rum or imitation rum
•
Garnish: unsweetened cocoa powder (chocolate curls)
