INGREDIENTS

1 container low fat cottage cheese
•
1/2 cup/ 50 g shredded mozzarella cheese (save a little to sprinkle on the top before you put it in the oven)

1/2 cup / 50 g grated parmesan cheese
•
1 beaten egg
•
1-2 tablespoons of parsley
•
1 teaspoon oregano
•
Salt and pepper to taste
•
8-10 manicotti cooked according to package
•
1 -1 1/2 cups or 240 ml - 350 ml Tomato sauce or make your own.
