INGREDIENTS
227g crusty whole wheat bread, cut into 2 inch squares
1½ cup home made coconut milk (or other milk of your choice)
1½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 whole eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 Red Delicious apple, peel on, finely diced
½ cup raisins
¼ cup walnuts
3 scoops vanilla flavored whey protein powder
¼ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup home made coconut milk (or other milk of your choice)
