INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1/8 teaspoon mint extract
1/2 cup water
ice cubes - I like my shakes thick, so I use 10-12; adjust to your preference
