1/2 cup Special Dark Chocolate Hershey’s Cocoa (unsweetened)

3/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
•
1-2 teaspoons peppermint extract (not spearmint)

2 to 4 cups dark chocolate chips (See note below)
