1 dozen eggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut in half, lengthwise
2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup homemade mayonnaise or top quality store-bought
¼ cup sour cream
1 Tbsp pickle relish
1½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp Creole mustard
2 tsp yellow mustard
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Paprika and fresh parsley to garnish (optional)
