1 tsp fine sea salt
226 g unsalted butter, softened ((16 tbsp/8 oz or 1 cup))
1 1/2 cups whole milk (room temperature)
1/2 cup vegetable oil ((Canola, sunflower, safflower or grapeseed - any oil as long as it's neutral tasting))
6 tbsp sour cream ((85 g) room temperature)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp almond extract (OPTIONAL )
