3/4 cups low-sodium broth, more if needed
1 (6-ounce) bag baby spinach
1 cup red grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
1 cup yellow grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, shaved
