INGREDIENTS

2 sourish apples (granny smith, jonathon, ect)
•
2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
•
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
•
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
•
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
•
1/2 cup sugar
•
1/3 cup Honey
•
1/2 cup almond milk (or soy or regular milk, i just prefer the almond)
•
2 large eggs
•
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
•
1 Big smile
