20-24 Small Ice Cream Cones (flat bottom cones!)

1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix (I used Pillsbury)
•
3 Eggs
•
1/2 Cup Oil
•
1 Cup Milk
•
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
•
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
•
Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:
•
1 Cup Butter (softened)
•
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
•
4-5 Cups Powdered Sugar
•
Chocolate Dip Coating:
•
1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Dipping Candy NOT Chocolate Chips *see note

Sprinkles For Decorating

*Dipping candy chocolate is totally different than chocolate chips. It doesn't contain added stabilizers. Dipping chocolate are those little 'disks'. Use those for this recipe! Plus, they taste divine!*
