INGREDIENTS
4 cups cooked rotini pasta, rinsed (SEE TIP)
2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 (15 oz) can corn
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed
4-5 scallions, chopped
1 cup chunky salsa
3/4 cup taco sauce (this is the recipe I use on a daily basis)
1/2 Tablespoon onion powder
1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
