•

Cream Sauce Ingredients:
•
1 cup beef stock
•
1/4 cup cream
•
1 1/2 tablespoon arrowroot (cornstarch or flour)
•
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
•
1 teaspoon soy sauce
•
kosher salt
•
white pepper
•
1/2 cup fresh parsley (minced)
•
freshly ground nutmeg
