Ingredients: 1 cup mayo (NOT miracle whip.. ew); 1 cup sour cream; 1 block cream cheese; 1 small box frozen spinach; 1 cup grated parmesan cheese; 1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (you can add more or less, this makes it spicy but not hot); 2 tsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper; 2 heaping tblspns crushed garlic, the jar stuff is fine but fresh is always better ;); parmesan cheese for sprinkling; 1 can artichoke hearts
