4 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 cup chopped Onion

2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 c Water

1 c. Sour Cream

2 Tablespoons minced Garlic
•
1 packet of Onion Soup Mix
•
Egg Noodles (to serve over & cook that day)

Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
