¾ cup brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
½ cup half and half
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon nutmeg (freshly grated if you’re aiming for perfection)
1 small pinch ground cloves
