1 pkg yeast

3 & ½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup white sugar

1 egg

½ tsp salt

FOR FILLING:

½ cup brown sugar
•
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
•
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

FOR CARAMEL SAUCE:
•
½ cup brown sugar
•
¼ cup unsalted butter
•
¼ cup corn syrup
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
About 2 cups chopped pecans (I like using Diamond of California)
