1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

2 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons whole grain mustard (or Dijon)

1/2 cup ketchup
•
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
•
1/2 cup Heavy cream
•
2/3 cup Breadcrumbs

1 & 1/2 pounds ground chuck

1/2 pound pork sausage (I used seasoned breakfast sausage)

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 tsp black pepper

4-5 slices bacon
•
1/3 cup Chili Sauce (or ketchup)
•
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
•
1 Tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
