3 large eggs, room temperature
240 ml (1 cup) hot water
230 grams (1 cup / 2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
625 grams (5 cups) icing or powdered sugar
100 grams (2/3 cup) milk chocolate
75 grams (1/2 cup) dark chocolate
4-6 tablespoons milk
560 grams (4 x 140g packets) Maltesers* or chocolate malt balls
