1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons butter (1 1/2 sticks, at cool room temperature, cut into 1-inch pieces)
4 large eggs
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest (from 2 large lemons)
2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 3 to 4 large lemons)
1/3 cup milk
Pinch of salt (about 1/8 teaspoon)
