  • 1 (32 oz) container beef stock
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can fire ­roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1.5 lb Little Potatoes, (sliced in half)
  • 1 medium onion, (diced)
  • 4 stalks celery, (diced)
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt & pepper, (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp water
