We love smoothies here in Casa de Ligon! I have whipped up several varities, and we definitely love the yumminess of green smoothies, as well as the awesome nutrients we get from them. I happened to stumble upon this little concoction one day when I

1 big handful spinach
•
1 banana, peeled
•
1/2 small - medium avocado, peeled and pitted
•
1/2 Anjou pear, cored (I have tried several varieties of pear, but Anjou is my personal favorite)

1/2 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
•
1/2 cup V8 fusion strawberry banana (or I just started using Tropicana Farm Stand)
