1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 clove of garlic, very finely minced

Juice from 1/2 lemon
•
2 bell peppers, chopped
•
1 English cucumber, chopped
•
1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
•
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled or cut into small pieces (*see note)
