Ingredients: 1 stick butter (softened ( 1/2 cup or 8 tbsp)); 1/2 cup granulated sugar; 2 tbsp brown sugar; 1 large egg; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour; 2 tbsp corn starch; 1/4 tsp cream of tartar; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1/4 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp salt; 3 tbsp granulated sugar; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 5 oz cream cheese (cold); 4 tbsp butter (softened); 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 1- 1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar (Add ht e1/2 cup if the frosting seems too thin)
