INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
pinch salt, optional and to taste
1 large egg
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups sour cream (I used lite)
1 3/4 cups frozen blueberries + more for sprinkling on tops*
about 2 to 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar or sparkling sugar for sprinkling tops, divided
