1/2 cup oil (I like liquid coconut oil best)

3 Tablespoons buttermilk

1 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose or white-wheat are both great)

3/4 cup coconut sugar
•
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
