INGREDIENTS

2 lbs of Butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced
•
1 Tbsp of Poultry Seasoning
•
1-1/2 lbs of Ground Turkey
•
1 large Onion, minced
•
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
•
3 Tbsp of Olive Oil
•
1 cup (or a tiny bit more) of Chicken Stock
•
Salt and Pepper, to taste
•
For the White Sauce:
•
1/3 cup of Unsalted Butter
•
1/3 cup of All Purpose Flour
•
4 cups of Whole Milk
•
1/2 cup of Extra Sharp Cheedar cheese
•
1 cup of Parmiggiano Reggiano
•
¼ tsp of freshly Grated Nutmeg
•
Salt and Pepper, to taste
•
A few Pieces of fresh herbs such as Thyme, Rosemary and Sage, tied with some kitchen twine
•
Additional Ingredients:

1 lb of No Boil Lasagna Sheets
•
Freshly Grated Parmiggiano
•
A couple Cups of shredded Extra sharp Cheddar
