1 tablespoon oil
2-4 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
1 (14 ounce) can unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon palm sugar (or brown sugar)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced (optional)
1 pound firm white fish (halibut, cod, haddock, tilapia, etc.), cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Thai basil (or basil), sliced
