1 LB chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
1 small red onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic (paste)
4 TBSP fresh lime juice
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 TBSP honey .         
3 TBSP olive oil .      
4 C cabbage (shredded)
1 red pepper (diced)
3 carrots (grated)
2 scallions (chopped)
1/4 C fresh basil (chopped)
1/4 C fresh cilantro (chopped)
One TBSP Cashew Nuts per serving.
