1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts, (cut into 3/4-inch pieces)
1 medium carrot, (cut into matchsticks)
1 pound linguine, (cooked)
2 green onions, (sliced)
1/3 cup chopped roasted peanuts
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
