1 1/2 cups (10 1/2 ounces) granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest
3 cups (15 ounces) blueberries
1 1/2 cups (7 1/2 ounces) all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups milk
