2 oz. bottle lemon extract
4 tbs. grape juice or wine
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. butter, not margarine
5 cups cake flour
1 qt. pecans, chopped
1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped or 1 lg. jar Maraschino cherries
