1/3 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

CARAMEL ICING:
•
1 cup packed brown sugar
•
1/2 cup butter, cubed
•
1/4 cup whole milk
•
2 to 2-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
