Zest from a large orange
1 cup sugar
½ cup rice vinegar
½ cup teriyaki ((can use low sodium))
3 cloves garlic, (minced)
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup water
