300 g all-purpose flour
150 mL milk
10 g sugar
5 g dry instant yeast
3 g salt
3 g baking powder

10 slices ginger

3 cloves finely chopped garlic
3 purple shallots
2 spring onion knots ((spring onions tied into a knot))
2 tbsp dark soy sauce (affiliate link)

3 tbsp salt
1/2 cup Shaoxing rice wine (affiliate link)
1 bag (400 g) pickled mustard greens ((we get it from the local Asian grocery store))
