1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine — or dry sherry
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Flour
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Egg — lightly beaten
½ teaspoon Baking soda
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon Ginger root — or ground ginger
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
2 Scallions cut in — peas sized pieces
2 Dried chili pepper
Sauce:
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Sherry
5 teaspoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon White vinegar
3 tablespoons Catsup
1 tablespoon Water
