2 – 2.5lb sirloin tip steak
1 can (10 3/4oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
10 pcs sliced button mushrooms
1 – 2 tablespoons butter
1 – 3 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
