INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) packages of crescent roll dough (purchase the full sheets if you can find them)
1.5 pounds lean ground beef
½ cup onion, finely chopped
1 can (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper
2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded finely (about ½ of a small head)
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1.5 cups
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded (about 1.5 cups)
