1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons buttermilk

4 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 batch Caramel Sauce*
•
1 1/4 cups butter, room temperature. (2 1/2 sticks)

3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
•
2/3 cup crushed potato chips
•
2/3 cup crushed pretzels
•
splash of milk
