INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup sweet potato cooked, mashed (I used 4 oz potato)

1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain
•
1 cup non-fat milk or milk of choice
•
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
•
2 tsp. maple syrup or more to taste
•
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
•
1 dash nutmeg
•
1 cup of ice
•
Topping:
•
2 tbsp. whip cream, fat free
•
1 tsp. pecans, finely chopped
