INGREDIENTS

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell

1 lb (2 medium)sweet potatoes cooked ((I cook mine in the microwave, let cool then scoop out potato pulp))

1/2 cup butter ((softened))
•
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk ((NOT evaporated milk))
•
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
2 eggs - beaten
