1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes (can used canned sweet potatoes as well)

1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees)

3 Tablespoons butter (softened)
•
1 Teaspoon salt
•
2 eggs (slightly beaten)

3 1/2 cups bread flour or all purpose flour
