2 c all purpose flour (plus more for kneading)

1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
•
1 1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes (about 1 1/2 medium sized potatoes)

1/4 c sugar
•
1/4 c shortening
•
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
•
3/4 tsp salt
•
1 egg
•
1/2 c brown sugar
•
2 Tbs butter, melted
•
2 tsp cinnamon
•
For the icing:
•
3/4 c powdered sugar
•
1 1/2-2 Tbs milk
•
1 tsp honey
