2 tablespoons baking powder

4 eggs

1/2 cup cold water

1 1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter
•
2 tablespoons sugar
•
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
•
2 tablespoons butter, melted
•
2 teaspoons maple extract
•
Enough milk to make a thin icing- add a couple of teaspoons at a time to avoid over-thinning
