INGREDIENTS
2 large ears of fresh corn
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup granulated cane sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 egg yolks
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
PEACH AND CHERRY 
TOMATO SAUCE

1 1/2 cups diced fresh peaches, skinless
1 1/2 cups halved Sun Gold tomatoes or other sweet cherry tomato variety
1 tbsp. sorghum syrup
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (about 5 turns of a mill)
6 large sweet basil leaves, chopped (reserving some for garnish)
